Lunch. Baked red potatoes w/heirloom tomatoes and guac ๐Ÿ…. I tossed the potatoes in smoked paprika, granulated garlic, a mix of savory herbs, and maple syrup! Baked at 400 degrees for about 40 min. ๐Ÿ˜Š

this looks wonderful. I love how the guac was served in the avocado skin lol. too cute.
